Degree 1977 Clemson University.Mr. Johnston has served as an accounting instructor for The American Institute of Banking.He has served as a reviewer of financial statements for the S.C.Board of Accountancy.Mr. Johnston was elected as the 1998 President of South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants-Coastal Chapter.He served as the 1998-1999 President of the Charleston Rotary-Breakfast Club.Mike has served on the following baords:Junior League of Charleston,Trident Literacy Association,The North Charleston Methodist Church,The Association for the Blind,Trident Business Association, and the Coastal Chapter of C.P.A.Mr. Johnston is married and has four children.Mr. Johnston has been a member of Mt.
